What tips would you guys give to prevent someone from getting a panic attack during a job interview?
Yeah I get panic attacks.. and going in for a job interview always scares me because I messed up two interviews already freezing up during a few questions and freaking out.

Remember, outside of that office the interviewer you are talking to is JUST A PERSON (like you). They went to high school, had their heart broken, had to drive to the office that morning, had to pick out what to wear (and maybe they are a little nervous too because your interview is only part of a busy day) and they have a boss too.
During your interview, don’t think of the person as someone who is “better than you” but your equal (like an old high school/college friend)…the only difference between you and them is they already have a job and you would like to HELP them by working there.
Smile and tell them how you can do that.
Good luck!

You might benefit from the above news article. It appeared on CNN yesterday and today. It has a good method for responding to questions that you don’t know how to answer.
You might also benefit from a medicine called propanolol (I think it’s a beta blocker like the first answerer recommended). You will have to see your doctor to get it. It helps you feel calm in situations like that, without feeling drugged. Also, you can take it the day of your interview. It doesn’t have to build up in your system. That’s what my psychiatrist told me.
When I was first diagnosed with severe anxiety disorder which included intense experiences of panic attacks, many doctors told me that I might have to live with it (and the prescribed medication) for the rest of my life. I’m certainly glad I didn’t follow their advice.
If you are experiencing an anxiety disorder or stress disorder, you can regain control of your health…naturally and permanently. You can live a normal life again…and medication free! I used the articles on but you could try most quality article sites!
