Walking helps relieve a lot of thoughts that you may get. Be sure to add this to your daily regiment:

-Spend some time walking around, or traveling by foot for about
an hour taking up new scenes. It doesn’t have to be a particular place,
    go explore.

-Watch the sun set. Keep an eye on the sun as it’s setting or as it’s rising.

    -Drink lots of water.

-Eat more vegetables. Greens are vital to your health

    okay first take deep breaths…
you just need to calm down and forget your stress. and you need to stop taking your meds bc your the only thing that can make your own stress go away. so relax put on a nice movie and before you know it you will forget why your stressed. and make your self some hot chocolate that allways helps me fall asleep
    with love

I feel for you and the many others that are affected by this.

I would suggest that you try other methods of control at the same time as cutting down on the meds.

The key to be free of panic attacks I believe, is to learn to break the fear of having another panic attack.

It is this anticipation of an attack that starts the cycle again. Therefore, an attack is actually started laid hours it is experienced and the slightest stress trigger will launch you into a full panic attack.

Do have a look at this and if it rings true for you, do consider trying it. Otherwise, keep searching, join forums and groups so at least you can discuss this with those you fully understand.

    Good luck.

Hi, One of the most effective treatments for anxiety, believe it or not, is meditation. Meditation does not have to involve affiliation with any religous group. At its simplest meditation is just about sitting quietly for about 30 minutes each, with your eyes closed. Practise watching the breathing in your body. Each time your mind wanders bring it back to watching the movement of the breathing in the belly. It will take some practise but it will pay dividends. Trust me… i have meditated for 25 years so i know what results it can bring. NLP and hypnotherapy can also be effective.

You can find instructions for some fun meditations here:
