How can I suppress social anxiety on a short notice?
Like when I have to go somewhere and want to be comforable. How can I suppress my anxiety?

The easy way would be to take a medication, like Xanax, or maybe drink some wine or something. Otherwise, you can do some relaxation exercises before going out, and try not to think about it. If you have to think about it, think only of the positive and fun things, and do not think about things that causes the anxiety.

Instead of attempting to suppress it, openly embrace your anxiety as a normal process that may embarrass you somewhat in the short term, but will eventually be muted through positive experiences and a burgeoning self confidence brought on my social maturation.
