ive been extremely anxious lately, sweating, heavy breathing, shaking, tweaking out basically. i also have severe depression and have been on anti depressants for the past 5 weeks (Paxil). My anxiety is so bad but they wont give me medication they want to medicate the depression and treat the anxiety in therapy but its not working and its gotten to the point where im considering just buying some valium from a friend of mine. Besides meds, is there any way i can calm down?

Sometimes paxil is not the best medication, I take paxil but other family members have had problems with it, such as increased sweating and increased anxiety. I would tell your doctor you are having adverse effects and ask about lexipro or zoloft.

you can relax and stop worrying about small matters. if its difficult then listen soft music, watch good movies and make a good friend with whom you can share your feelings. start practising yoga and do meditation. it will really help you.

Paxil itself can do this, increase anxiety… i wouldnt take it ,and if yours has increased since taking it, i strongly recommend you dont take it either… and find a new doctor

and a free healing method…
and a suggestion you have your hormones checked and balanced because they can cause depression/anxiety, and all kinds of things and specialists can treat this rapidly
dump the paxil…and google the problems with antidepressants…
